Gut is called our second brain for good reason. It is part of our nervous system and hence and extension of our brain of impressions. Impressions are abstract feelings from the many experiences life brings. It’s momentum towards truth is shaped by knowledge by experiences that would otherwise require the brain a lot of effort to substantiate; however the gut is good at allowing us to identify the red flags. One of the biggest enemies of the gut is commercial television. Because commercial television uses very low frequencies to manipulate our nervous system in becoming increasingly susceptible to suggestion, differing and contaminating the gut reaction.
